    Pattern:

Materials:

    Delta Ceramcoat Paint:
    Light Ivory
    Black
    Tangerine
    Antique Gold

    Liquid Stain - Fruitwood

    Garland scrap
    button
    Couple of material scraps
    Hot Glue
14" long 22 gauge wire for hanging
    plywood or other thin wood

BEGIN:
Cut the snowman pieces out of plywood or other thin wood. Drill a couple holes where indicated at the top. Paint snowball's bottom head Light Ivory and Black for the hat (place the brim piece on the head piece to use as a guide of where to stop the black paint). Paint the hat brim piece black. When dry, transfer the pattern facial lines to the wood. Using a toothpick or stylus, paint the mouth in black dots. Paint the nose tangerine. Add the eyes. Using blush, lightly add in a circle for merry cheeks.

The star can be cut from wood or can be a purchased star. Paint the star antique gold or other yellow color. With a good permanent ink pen (or using paint) write the words "Let it Snow" or "Please Snow" on the star. Spackle (using old toothbrush) snowman head and the star with watered down Black paint. Spackle snowman hat and the hat brim with watered down Light Ivory paint. When dry, rub stain lightly on all surfaces, front and back.

ASSEMBLY:
Put the 14" wire through the holes on the very top and either twist or staple the wire onto the back of his hat. Make a bow using a checkered red piece of material for under his mouth. Use a small piece of garland and tie a scrap piece of material to the bottom of the garland. Hot glue a button to the knot in the material that was tied to the garland. Hot glue the checkered bow, garland, star and hat brim where indicated on pattern.
